Well goodness me, us charming gentlemen from www.cornishknockers.com are this months guest artists over at Urban Threads.

Urban Threads? In their own words:

Urban Threads is the brainchild of illustrator Niamh O’Connor, and grew out of her internship and eventual employment with the rather more mainstream Embroidery Library to bring fresh, high-quality alternatives to the world of machine embroidery. All together, we’re an employee-owned company of 23 people in Minneapolis, Minnesota – artists, digitizers, writers, designers, and computer geeks. You can meet some of the creative folks behind Urban Threads on the About Us page, and step into the studio for a little tour.

Urban Threads sells machine embroidery designs (in 11 formats), hand embroidery patterns (as PDFs), and digital stock art (as JPGs). Everything for sale on Urban Threads is a digital download; we don’t send anything via snail mail.

You can buy our Secrets of Skull Island embroidery pattern here.

If you’re not into embroidery you can also buy the design as digital stock art here.

If you’re not interested in embroidery or the stock art then we suggest you head over there anyway as they have some of the best looking staff members you’ll find on an arty crafty stitchy scribbly site, although in reality the male members of www.cornishknockers.com are probably better looking than the www.urbanthreads.com males.
