The Cornish Knocker Company was set to sail by two arty pirate types by the name of Captain Scruff McScruff and Captain Jack Tomato. Officially formed in 2008 but discussed since the dawn of time, C.K.C. is based deep in this ‘ere Cornwall down by the sea.

We don’t really want to categorise what we’re about but if you really must have a label then we guess it’s CountryUrbanRetroLowbrowSeaside with a little bit of SandBanksy thrown in…..

The Captain of the good ship Scribbler, Captain Scruff is the 2D buccaneer as well as chief character designer and ice cream eater.  Wields a vast array of deadly pirate weaponry including markers, acrylics, biros, ink and watercolours. Spends far too much time polishing his cannon.

Spends most of his time sailing the 3D Seas and the Webcode Ocean in the Pirate Ship LightWave, where only the brave or foolhardy care to travel. Likes to keep a tidy ship with any slackers thrown to the sharks. Not adverse to overdoing the Pirate Pop ration.
