Shipping/Delivery Info
We ship to the countries where PayPal is available (countries listed at the drop down menu at the cart page). Items will be shipped to your PayPal shipping address unless stated otherwise. If your country is not on the list and/or you don’t have a PayPal account and you want to order please use the contact page to get in touch to arrange payment. We endeavour to deliver all products as fast as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are generally included in the price of each item. For rare one-off or expensive items it is recommend that all international buyers purchase the additional ‘Recorded signed for postage’ option. This will speed up the time of your delivery, offer compensation in the event of any damage and were possible will allow for online tracking of the package.

All orders are processed within two business weeks of payment being taken. Shipping times depend on the shipping destination and are in addition to processing times.

Return Policy
All products purchased may be returned for a refund or exchange, minus the cost of shipping.

If an exchange is being made due to an error, shipping costs of re-sending the package will be covered. If an exchange is being made for other reasons, the customer will be charged for additional shipping costs. Damaged goods must be returned at the cost of the customer for evaluation for a refund or clear photographic evidence must be supplied where there is no doubt of the damage caused to the goods.

Merchandise must be unopened and in its original box or package. If the merchandise is opened but defective, the defective merchandise will be replaced by an identical item, upon the return of the defective item. We will not accept packages that arrive with unpaid duty and/or customs fees or packages that come ‘Postage Due’. Credit will be issued via PayPal upon return of the product and complying with our return conditions. However, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Uncollected and returned packages will be sent out again but at an additional shipping charge to the customer.

Customs
When ordering products from the Website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
